A summary
WE will turn you in to a Golfer and you will experience everything you need to get on a golf course.
You will be on the range smashing drivers, smoothly dropping putts, hitting greens and loving the challenge of getting the ball in the hole.
We don't talk about playing golf we do it..... You will be on the course but also meeting everyone from the Get Golfing team. From our Pro golfers, chefs or our Green keepers you will learn about what it takes to make a golf club.
You might prep food, cut holes, or learn about how to iron grass, learn about the animals that live on the golf course and learn to love golf.
Golf is a great game that is played in and amongst nature and offers a variety of skills to play that we hope to introduce to you and your children and make life long players of the game that can be shared together for years to come.
We will provide several enrichment activities which are in addition to the golf activity. We try to offer activities that can be outdoors and indoors in case of inclement weather and/or if the children have attended once already, it gives them an option to do a different activity.
Morning session:
9:00am – Arrival and registration
9.15am - Team and children intro and Golf ball decoration and inside games
9.50am - Warm up and Physical Golf Activities
10:50am – Snack and Fruit Platter - Create your own fruit kebab
11:00pm – Greenkeeper talk and/or another activity
12.00pm – Lunch and book corner/board, putting matt, games etc.
13.00 - Home time - thank you for coming and see you soon
