Join us every Thursday at Beaconsfield Community House for a relaxed and welcoming Gentle Yoga session designed for all women. No experience is needed – just come as you are!
These sessions are all about creating space to breathe, stretch, and relax together. Please complete the sign-up form when booking so we can manage numbers and make sure Jo is aware of any accessibility needs, ensuring everyone feels included and comfortable.
