A summary
Ella will take you through a series of functional-movement exercises that will encourage balance, mobility and better posture.
Throughout the class you will learn how your body moves and where you may be holding tension from your daily habits. The class will offer you the opportunity to discover how you stand, walk and move in your day-to-day.
Ella will tailor movements to support your body and how it uniquely moves, ensuring you feel supported and empowered to move as the body intended.
Always with joy, whilst encouraging ease and presence, to move you towards a pain-free, functioning body.
