FUELLED Mindful Moments - Summer 2026

NL Community and Family Engagement Team

A summary
We want to help you maintain good mental health and wellbeing, so first we will provide you with breathing techniques to use when you are feeling stressed or anxious, we will practise these together.
You will be able to explore various activities, making things to take home e.g. stress balls, breathing buddies and journals.
For lunch you will be able to use the available ingredients such as chicken, ham, tuna, cheese and salad to make your own wraps, there will be potato wedges and salad as a side and fruit and yoghurt for dessert.
After lunch, we will take a wellbeing walk around the Scunthorpe United football stadium, while being mindful and noticing our surroundings.
To end the session we will take part in fun, simple yoga, linking our physical health to our mental health.
