A summary
The car park is a very short walk from the camping and campervan fields and other accommodation. Please book a place for each car that will be parked at the conference.
Enter Walesby Forest outdoor and educational activity centre from Brake road. Follow the signs as you enter (10mph). When you get to the statue take a right which will take you to a road leading to Hall field. This is where you will park during the weekend.
The car park field will be well-lit and volunteers will be on hand to supervise the area.
Once you have unloaded head to the top of the field and back onto the main path where our FSA conference volunteer team will be there to welcome you. Head to the small gazebo to check in first.
You will be able to pop back to your car and have access during the weekend.
Campervans will be directed to the main field. Volunteers will be on hand to guide you.
Cars are not blocked in and you will be able to come and go if you need to. The field is well-drained and set far back from the main road.

You can cancel your place via your Eequ account. Go to your Cancel Page in your Menu. If you cancel within seven days of the event, and we cannot resell your ticket, you will not receive a refund. Any cancellations prior to the 7 day window will receive a full refund. Forest School Association will not accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport disruption
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
