Let the Puppets do the Dancing!
Join the Mary Wollstonecraft Society for an exciting, creative session where history and music come alive through puppetry.
Children will get to design and create their very own vibrant characters out of recycled materials. Once the puppets are built, we will make them dance to the music Mary Wollstonecraft heard back in the 1700s—as well as to your favourite tunes today! This workshop is a wonderful, relaxed introduction to history, storytelling, and music through the power of crafting. No artistic skill is needed, just come ready with lots of enthusiasm to express yourself!
For safety and due to limited space, we politely request that children are accompanied by only one adult to prevent crowding in the activity space. Please do not bring siblings to the event unless they have a pre-booked place and meet the age requirements.
