What we'll do
Use Sports and Physical Activity for Positive Change and join us for a 2-hour instructor-led gym session or a 1-hour instructor-led boxercise session. The activity will incorporate physical activity complemented by a healthy drink and snack. These sessions will also involve awareness sessions and support/signposting of facilities and support that is available within the borough of Hounslow. We want to keep our community engaged and work closely with the Healthy Hounslow Alliance we will also tackle smoking, nutrition and behavioural issues.
