Free To Be Me- Futsal with Chiltern

Chiltern Futsal uses the sport of futsal to promote fitness, advance education and promote social and personal development. We will support young carers and also focus on supporting those with mental health, fitness and self-image issues – where community, exercise, supporting others and working towards learning and working goals will help. We will adapt our offering to the needs of those locally. Offering the best coaches in the UK, a welcoming environment. Building Confidence gradually, helping with education, work experience, DofE ( c 15 so far ) our payers create strong social bonds and take the multiple benefits of sport into their lives. We help players improve their football but this is through creating a love of futsal.

Terms and Conditions of offer/project • All Children must book their sessions. • All Children must be between 10-18 years depending on the session. • Initial sign up form must be completed for the first session of that activity. All sessions must be booked using the booking process. • Parental Consent form must be completed prior to the session starting ( Microsoft forms) • All Instructors will be DBS checked. • Emergency Contact must be recorded. • Children must wear suitable attire for the activity. • Each program will run term time only which consists of an estimation of 12 weeks. • Medical conditions must be recorded. • We accept children from GP referrals. • All children must aibide by the coaches rules, any children not following the acitivty equitte may be asked to leave and a parent may be contacted to collect. • Children under 16 years must be collected by a parent of guardian unless the coach has authroisation from the parents.
