Free To Be Me - Dance with Naomi

Lampton Leisure are hosting a new project for young people. Our Free To Be Me program will see a variety of sports and fun activity programs that young people can come along and attend for FREE. This program is funded by Sports England and supported by Lampton Leisure. Lampton Leisure believe all people should have the opportunity to take part in physical activity and have fun. Come along and have some fun with Naomi and The positive movement project. Learn new dance moves, improve fitness and socialise with friends.

Terms and Conditions of offer/project • All Children must book their sessions. • All Children must be between 10-18 years depending on the session. • Initial sign up form must be completed for the first session of that activity. All sessions must be booked using the booking process. • Parental Consent form must be completed prior to the session starting ( Microsoft forms) • All Instructors will be DBS checked. • Emergency Contact must be recorded. • Children must wear suitable attire for the activity. • Each program will run term time only which consists of an estimation of 12 weeks. • Medical conditions must be recorded. • We accept children from GP referrals. • All children must aibide by the coaches rules, any children not following the acitivty equitte may be asked to leave and a parent may be contacted to collect. • Children under 16 years must be collected by a parent of guardian unless the coach has authroisation from the parents.
