These sessions will involve awareness sessions and support/signposting of facilities and support available within the borough of Hounslow.
We want to keep our community engaged and work closely with the Healthy Hounslow Alliance we will also tackle smoking, nutrition and behavioural issues.

Terms and Conditions of offer/project
• All Children must book their sessions.
• All Children must be between 10-18 years depending on the session.
• Initial sign up form must be completed for the first session of that activity. All sessions must be booked using the booking process.
• Parental Consent form must be completed prior to the session starting ( Microsoft forms)
• All Instructors will be DBS checked.
• Emergency Contact must be recorded.
• Children must wear suitable attire for the activity.
• Each program will run term time only which consists of an estimation of 12 weeks.
• Medical conditions must be recorded.
• We accept children from GP referrals.
• All children must abide by the coaches rules, any children not following the activity etiquette may be asked to leave and a parent may be contacted to collect.
• Children under 16 years must be collected by a parent of guardian unless the coach has authorisation from the parents.
