A summary
Come along to our FREE Family Fun Day for families with children with SEND in Brighton and Hove.
As well as timetabled activities, there will be lots of fun, engaging activities for all ages, all day.
This is a one off day for everyone in the family to come and enjoy the day together and meet other families.
This event is being organised by the Amaze Parent Groups and Befriending Team with funding from the Brighton and Hove Short Breaks service.

What is on offer?
The day will run from 11am to 3pm and, as well as some scheduled activities, there will be lots of fun stuff you can get involved in throughout the day:
- Meet and have your photo taken with Woody from Toy Story
- Have your face painted with Tickles Facepainting
- Join in with fun art and craft activities
- Enjoy sensory fun with Fidget & Spin
Timetabled activities
- 11am to 1pm - Join the Circus Allstars and learn some amazing circus skills and tricks
- 1.15 to 2pm - dance away with the amazing Parable Dance
- 2.15 to 3pm - sing a long with Brighton & Hove favourite, Al Start from Go Kid Music
Light snacks will be provided but do bring a packed lunch if you would like to.
Please note, this is a family event and parent carers are responsible for their children and young people at all times.
About the venue
There is not a car park at the centre, but street parking is available.
The building is fully wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets, but unfortunately, we don’t have access to Changing Places facilities.
There will be a quiet/chill out room available if you need to take a break at any time.
How to Book
You must book one ticket for each person attending. There are 2 tickets types available:
Please use the 'Child or YP with SEND' ticket option to book in any of your children or young people who have special educational needs or disabilities.
For all other family members, carers, and children without SEND who will be attending, please use the 'Family member' ticket. This will make your booking experience easier.
Tickets are limited to 6 tickets per family.
To ensure we can manage numbers, we will not be accepting walk ins on the day. One of our team will be at the entrance to welcome you and check your tickets when you arrive.
