Ultimate Boxing – Free Summer Boxing Sessions at Fen Park
Looking for an exciting, active and confidence-building summer activity? Join Ultimate Boxing for a series of FREE outdoor boxing sessions at Fen Park, Lowestoft, funded by Lowestoft Town Council. These fun, inclusive sessions are designed for children and young people of all abilities – whether they're complete beginners or already enjoy sport.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of boxing through safe, non-contact pad work, fun fitness activities, games and teamwork challenges. Every session is delivered by experienced, DBS-checked coaches in a supportive environment where young people can build confidence, improve fitness, develop coordination and make new friends. There is no sparring or physical contact.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IMAGES AND / OR VIDEO MAY BE TAKEN AT THE SESSIONS FOR USE ONLINE BY ULTIMATE BOXING & LOWESTOFT TOWN COUNCIL. Please make the coaches aware on the day if you would prefer the participant NOT to be included in photo's or videos.
