A summary
As part of our Summer Reading Challenge theme, "Read to the Beat," we'll be exploring the noises of the wild through an interactive animal handling session all about animal vocalisations, songs, and communication.
Join Lion Learners for an interactive creature session designed for children aged 4–16, where learning, animal handling, and imagination come together in a safe and engaging environment. Children will learn how different animals communicate, from the high-pitched chirps of a bird to the deep vibrations and warning calls of exotic reptiles, discovering how our wild friends use their voices to connect!
For safety and due to limited space, we politely request that children are accompanied by only one adult to prevent crowding in the activity space. Please do not bring siblings to the event unless they have a pre-booked place and meet the age requirements.
