Join us for an afternoon of adventure and learning in the forest!
Designed for home-educated children aged 5 and over and their parents or carers, these Forest School sessions give children the freedom to explore the woodland, develop new skills and learn through hands-on experiences in nature.
These instructor-led sessions include a range of activities including nature identification, practical skills, bushcraft skills, problem-solving challenges and games.
Our experienced Forest School leaders encourage independence, creativity, problem-solving, teamwork and resilience along the way.
Whether your child loves to build, create, investigate or simply explore, every session offers new opportunities to learn.
Please come dressed for the weather - we plan to be outside!
- Thursday 9th July and Thursday 16th July
- 1:00pm - 3:00pm
- £25 per child
- A parent or carer must remain on site throughout the session.
- Venturewood at Delamere Forest
Location: Please meet at the Venturewood classroom, next to the Delamere Forest Visitor Centre car park (look out for our flag!).
Home education groups are very welcome!
Please note: a £0.75 booking fee is added at checkout for this booking, and parking charges apply at Delamere Forest (free for up to 20 minutes for drop-off and pick-up).
