SEND Session - Quieter session for families who have children with additional needs. Note: this is a stay & play session - parent/carer must remain with child throughout.
Child led, low demand play in our magical woodland. Being in nature benefits the whole family.
We’ll be enjoying all our usual woodland favourites, including:
* Campfire gathering with marshmallow toasting
* Woodland play & exploration
* Nature crafts
* Tree swings & den building
* Mud kitchen magic
1 x HAF-eligible child and up to 2 x parent/carer (adults please book accompanying adult ticket - max two per child)

Campfire cooking
Children will be able to cook a marshmallow on the campfire and make a s'more!

I am the Owner and Manager of Forest Families, with over 10 years’ experience as a qualified Forest School Leader. I am also a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Paediatric First Aider, Autism Aware practitioner and experienced SEND support worker. I am passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing outdoor spaces where children feel safe, valued and free to be themselves. I bring energy, warmth and kindness to my work, and love helping children grow in confidence through play, exploration and connection with nature.
