Get ready for an energetic evening packed with exercise, fun, music and plenty of surprises.
Heidi and Sarah will be leading the way with some old skool rave moves that are guaranteed to get everyone moving.

Refreshments will be available on the night and the dress code is trainers with your best bright coloured outfit.
No booze – just moves! This is an exercise class, therefore anyone who has consumed alcohol will not be permitted to enter.
Whether you are a regular participant or new to Active Hastings we’d love for you to come along and join the celebrations.
Let’s make this birthday one to remember.

Active Hastings
Active Hastings
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.
