Fireflies Childcare
Fireflies HAF holiday club! fun for all ages!
Fireflies childcare has been offering high quality childcare since 2016 at a range of settings, and has been working with the Haf project since it started in Eastbourne. Emily and the team are warm, welcoming and fully trained in all aspects of childcare. Mission statement This statement outlines the services that children, parents/carers, staff and the community can expect from Fireflies childcare, and the values that inform our work. We aim to: Create a friendly, relaxed, and safe environment where children can be confident to express their individuality. We will: Provide activities which take into account equality and diversity, age and abilities. In line with the School’s ‘Golden rules’ we will help children to develop responsibility for themselves and their actions and to become competent, confident, independent and co-operative individuals, and encourage children to have a positive attitude and respect for both themselves and other people. Promote a positive relationship with parents/carers and work in partnership with them to provide high quality play and care for their children. Evaluate and monitor our service regularly to ensure that the Club continues to meet the needs of children and parents/carers. We are committed to: Listening and responding to their views and concerns. Keeping parents/carers informed of our policies and procedures, including opening times, fees and charges, and programmes of activities. Sharing and discussing their child’s achievements, experiences, progress and friendships, along with any difficulties that may arise. We will provide: Care and activities that put the needs and safety children first. Activities that are interesting, educational, stimulating and fun. A space for children to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Carefully planned and risk assessed activities. Access to a variety of facilities and equipment under safe and supervised conditions. A staff team that is experienced, well trained and properly supported. An environment where children are safe from bullying in any form. Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
