A summary
Fun swimming sessions for young people age 13 and over. The young people will be supported to not just have physical exercise but they will also be enabled to build on their confidence, develop independence skills, and overall have fun. They will also be encouraged to develop positive relationships with staff and peers. The young people will be assisted on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis to ensure that they can gain the most from the activity. Swimming can also reduce anxiety and support with improving coordination and balance.

Place Allocation
There are only a maximum of 3 places per session, which will be fairly offered to different families from the list. Please note, we often have over 100 children waiting for each session and we are unable to contact people individually if they have been unable to get a place. If you have been allocated a place you will receive a confirmation email around the 11th of the month informing you of this.
