We offer coached Muay Thai Kickboxing and Fitness sessions to help your child become fitter, healthier and have fun in the holidays!
Sessions are designed for all abilities and promote confidence, discipline and co-ordination with a qualified Muay Thai Coach and assistants.
The sessions are a perfect way for children to make new friends and try new experiences.
The sessions also include games, arts and crafts plus nutritional education, along with a well balanced meal and snacks.
