Welcome to Entrust Adventure Days, where young people can embark on exciting adventures, make new friends, and create lasting memories. Our programme is designed to offer a variety of thrilling activities that cater to every young adventurer’s interests and abilities.
At Entrust Adventure Days, we offer a wide range of activities that are sure to keep young people engaged and excited. From high ropes, climbing, abseiling, caving, target sports and bushcraft, to wide games, football, dodgeball, team building, rounders, mini beast making, outdoor crafts and much more*.
Many local young people have fond memories of visiting our centres on school trips. Now, they have the opportunity to return and dive into their favourite activities with a fresh twist. For newcomers, Entrust Adventure Days is the perfect chance to explore and enjoy all that our centres have to offer. Our familiar and welcoming environment ensures that every young person feels comfortable and excited to take part.

Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment: Payment is per participant, payable in full at booking. Non-Transferable.
2. Behaviour & Safety: We prioritise a safe and fun environment. Any behaviour that is unsafe or disruptive may result in a child being asked to leave the programme. You are expected to collect your child from the programme if required,
3.Photos & Videos: We may take photos or videos during the event for promotional use. If you’d prefer your child not to be included, you can opt out via the booking questions.
4. Liability: Adventure Days is not liable for any injury or loss unless caused by our own negligence.
5. Data Protection: All personal information is handled in line with GDPR regulations.

What you'll need
Please ensure your child has appropriate clothing and footwear to participate in Outdoor Activities. Please send your child in clothes that can get dirty and muddy.
Typical Kit List:
- Any personal Medication such as Inhalers, Epilepsy medication, Hayfever medication etc
- Water bottle
- Waterproof Coat
- Sensible shoes/trainers (No Croc, Sliders or Flip Flops)
- Warm Hat/ Gloves (Colder Months)
- Sun Hat/ Cap (Warmer Months)
- Sun cream (Warmer Months)
- Packed Lunch (if providing your own - please make sure it is nut free)
- Spare clothes
- Personal Care items should your child require any support with personal care

Cancellation policy
1. Cancellations: If you cancel within 14 days of your booking a 50% payment will be retained by the provider. If you cancel outside of the 14 day period you will receive a full refund minus any booking fee. No refunds will be given for on the day non-attendance. If Adventure Days is cancelled by the organisers, you’ll receive a full refund. 2. Funded bookings do not require refunds or payment however places are limited, therefore we please ask you to cancel if you cannot attend so that the Funded place can be offered to another child or young person.
My experience is an educational activity, and the ‘14-day cooling period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
