A summary
The End of Summer Fun Day at The Freedom Centre is the perfect way for families to finish the Summer holidays together, offering free activities, community spirit, and plenty of opportunities to make memories. This year’s event created in partnership with a range of fantastic local organisations who are coming together to deliver an event filled with movement, creativity, and fun. We will have Fun Time Parties with us to bring music, karaoke & dancing.
Alongside Fun Time Parties, families can get involved in a wide variety of activities delivered by partner groups from across Hull. There will be energetic outdoor team games and creative craft activities designed to get everyone moving, laughing, and trying something new. Community stalls will offer hands-on crafts, demonstrations, and opportunities to discover local services and organisations working to support families in the area. Our friendly team will be present throughout the event to make sure every activity is safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for all ages and abilities.
As part of our commitment to supporting families in Hull, the entire event is completely free of charge. Lunch will be provided from EMS Ltd, meaning you can focus on enjoying the event without needing to bring anything along. This Fun Day is proudly supported by Healthy Holidays Hull, the Department for Education, and a wide network of community partners who are dedicated to helping children and families stay active, connected, and well during school breaks. Their support allows us to offer high‑quality, accessible activities that bring people together and celebrate the strength of our community.

Please note: if your child is not yet of school age, they are welcome to attend this activity, but you do not need to make a booking for them.
