What we'll do
We deliver structured, non-contact boxing programmes for children and young people, using the Boxing Awards framework to provide clear progression and motivation. Sessions focus on pad work, bag work and circuit training in a safe and inclusive environment. Our aim is to increase physical activity, reduce screen time and improve fitness, while also building confidence, resilience and positive mental wellbeing. We particularly support young people from deprived communities or those who may not engage in traditional sports, giving them a positive outlet and helping them develop discipline, routine and a sense of achievement.

About your mentor
Strictly boxing studio Ltd
Empowering youth through non-contact boxing
Strictly Boxing Studio Ltd is a Liverpool-based not-for-profit organisation delivering boxing and martial arts programmes for children, young people and adults. We specialise in working with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, using structured, non-contact training to improve physical health, confidence and mental wellbeing. With over 25 years of coaching experience, we provide a safe, inclusive environment where participants can develop discipline, resilience and life skills. We work closely with local schools, councillors and community partners, including Merseyside Police, to engage young people positively and help reduce anti-social behaviour across the community.
