Inclusivity and SEND

HAF clubs are inclusive for children with low levels of SEN and/or disability, who can participate in universal settings. We also have specialist programmes for those children and young people who require specialist support. Each Club will assess their suitability to provide sufficient support, based on your child/young person’s needs, on a case-by-case basis.

Our Staff

The success of our programmes is mainly due to the quality of our staff. Our staff are handpicked for their experience and their love of working with children. During our Summer programme, all the students that completed our end of programme survey rated our staff as "Excellent" for their professionalism and friendliness.

To ensure that your children get the best level of care and are safe at our provision, we ensure that each member of staff is DBS qualified and has completed at least Level 1 safeguarding training when working with children. We also ensure there is sufficient staff that are first aid trained so they can see to any medical concerns.

But most importantly, all our staff love working with children and seeing them grow to be the best version of themselves. And as a Management Team, we provide the best environment and culture for our staff to bring their best selves to work.
