A summary
HAF Summer sessions for SEND Children in North Somerset - places will be prioritised for FSM eligible SEND children - all places are subject to understanding each childs needs and how we can best support them to have successful sessions with us. We are able to support 5 children per day with complex needs requiring 1:1 supervision, all other children will be supported in small groups of 1:2-3 Please get in contact to discuss your young persons needs. We will have a range of trips, creative activities, exploring and food challenges. Please note there are slight variations on timings due to activities - we will also be using a Facebook closed group and EEqu messages as well as texts for communication - we ask that at least one of these channels is available throughout your booking times.

Elmtree Learning Partnership provide alternative learning provision during term time to young people struggling in their current education provision. During the holidays we support children and young people to have activities and experiences they may not have access to. We are committed to support young people experience success in education and building the toolkit to achieve their aspirations.
Our staff and experience
Elmtree operate alternative learning provision across the South West. . Staff working on our HAF projects work across Elmtree or in education roles during term time, all staff have safeguarding training as well as specialist behaviour, SEND and Thrive experience. Aim 1
We focus on building resilience, independence, confidence to try new things and engage with peers.
Aim 2
Participating in a range of physical activities which they may not have tried before as well as food tasks, promoting family cooking and new recipes.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.We will operate a manual waiting list to ensure we have the right knowledge to best support the children attending with their SEND requirements. Please contact Elmtree to discuss your learn and be added to the waiting list. We ask all bookers to cancel any sessions they do not require as soon as possible to allow as many children as possible to access our sessions.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
