A summary
Delivery of a range of wellbeing activities by our team of specialists. During the 4 days young people will take part in a range of traditional sports, arts and crafts and wellbeing activities. They will learn about health and nutrition and mental health. All activities and sessions are delivered with a focus on developing the physical wellbeing of the young people but also with an additional focus on the impact this can have on mental wellbeing.
Young people will be encouraged to engage socially with different groups and ages throughout the week.
