A summary
EcoCoach Holiday Club at Hawthorn Primary offers a fun, inclusive day of active play, creative projects and team games, all led by our experienced, DBS-checked coaches. Each morning begins with a welcome circle and energising outdoor activities on the school field or playground, followed by a healthy snack and free-play choices—den-building, sports equipment and imaginative role play. Midday features an adult-led session such as arts & crafts, treasure hunts or mini-Olympics, with SEND support available throughout. After lunch, children can select from structured games or independent play zones before finishing with a story, song and reflection circle.
Important Booking Information for 4-Year-Olds:
Bookings for 4-year-olds are limited to 4 hours per day. They are welcome from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., and you will need to collect your child promptly at 1:00 p.m.

We welcome children with SEND and offer a supportive, inclusive environment. If your child needs additional support or adaptations, please let us know at the time of booking. Our staff have experience with a wide range of needs, and we work closely with parents to ensure every child has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please note: While we strive to support all children, we may not be able to meet complex SEND needs without prior discussion and appropriate support from the council. If your child requires 1:1 support or specialist care, please contact us before booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy At EcoCoach, we carefully plan and staff our sessions based on confirmed bookings to provide the best experience. Please review our cancellation terms before booking: Cancellation & Refund Terms Cancellations 14+ days before the session – Full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 7 days – No refund, but we may offer a credit for future bookings in exceptional cases. No-Shows – If your child does not attend and we have not been notified, no refund or credit will be issued. Special Circumstances If your child cannot attend due to illness, injury, or a family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may require supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) to offer a credit for future camps. How to Cancel or Amend a Booking Cancellations/amendments must be requested via email. Self-cancellations through BookWhen/EEQU are not allowed within 7 days of the session start date. For booking queries or cancellations, please contact us at greenoffice@eco-coach.co.uk.
My experience is an educational activity, and the ‘14-day cooling period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
