The Henry approach brings together support and information about nutrition, physical activity, oral health, reducing screen time, fussy eating plus much more. We work alongside you to make sustained changes to your family’s lifestyle, health and well-being that work for you. Free creche places are available to enable you to join the group.

A Family Hub is a place where children, young people and their families can go to access services from different agencies in their local area. There are also a range of services provided from within the Family Hub, including midwives, health visitors, new birth registrations, stay & play, activities, employment and training advice, adult education, parenting groups and family support. Accessing services from a Family Hub is simple. You can walk in, contact us via telephone or email, or a professional can connect you.
