What we'll do
Join us for a day of Easter fun at Woodingdean Primary! There will be a range of activities on offer each day such as: • Spring scavenger hunts • Nature crown and flower headband making • Bug hotel building • Seed planting • Nature art • Easter nest baking • Outdoor team games • Spring-themed storytelling and calm corners • Easter bonnet and basket designing • Egg decorating • Obstacle courses & relay races We will spend time outside playing team games if weather permits, so please send your child with suitable clothing. Lunch will be provided as will healthy snacks. We do encourage children to join us for some outdoor fun during the day, please send them in suitable clothes, with a spare change just in case! If you would like to drop your child at 8am, you are able to do so for a £4 additional fee. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the Easter holiday, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
