A summary

Join us this Summer for four fun‑filled days of creativity, movement, and wellbeing with East London Dance! From Monday 3rd August to Friday 14th, young people are invited to take part in a 2 weeks of FREE programmes designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and support emotional wellbeing.

Each morning begins with a warm welcome, a healthy snack, and light ice‑breaker activities to help everyone settle in. Participants will then dive into the first dance session, exploring a mixture of dance styles throughout the week (Hip-Hop,Commercial, K-Pop, Afro and Street)

At lunchtime, we have some amazing food catered by meal trip and lots of fun games and activities during the break.

The afternoon continues with more dance, art-making, and creative expression before we end the day with a group check‑out to reflect and reconnect.

Our Summer programme runs daily from 10am–2:00pm, following this uplifting structure:

10:00 – Registration & healthy snacks
10:00–10:15 – Ice breaker / check‑in
10:15–11:45 – Dance
11:45–12:45 – Wellbeing check & lunch
12:45–1:45 – Dance
1:45–2:00 – Check‑out & home time

Across the week, participants will have the chance to move, make, laugh, learn, and build skills that support both creativity and wellbeing.
