What we'll do
Once you have registered, please give us a call on 0191 514 4300 and we will book you into your first session, which is the gym induction. This programme provides a Junior Gym membership running from Friday 3rd April until Sunday 19th April 2026. To ensure your membership can begin on the 3rd, your induction must be completed before this date. Once your induction has been completed, your membership will be active for the full period and will allow the junior to attend our Junior Fitness sessions during this time. You will only need to book the first session on the new system, after which the membership will remain active until 19th April 2026. More information about session times will be provided during your induction. Please remember to bring appropriate gym clothing, suitable footwear, a small towel, and a water bottle to all sessions.
