No more wondering how to keep your teen entertained this summer—we've got six weeks of fitness and fun covered!
How to Get Started
Once you've registered, simply give us a call on 0191 514 4300 to book your first session, which will be a compulsory gym induction.
Your induction introduces you to the gym, explains how to use the equipment safely, and must be completed before attending any Junior Gym sessions.
Programme Information
The FREE 6-week Junior Gym Membership runs from Monday 27th July to Monday 7th September 2026.
After completing the gym induction, the membership will be activated for the full six-week programme, allowing juniors to attend Junior Fitness sessions throughout the summer.
This is not a one-day booking. Your registration provides access to the entire six-week programme. You only need to book your first induction session on the new booking system. Once your membership is active, you'll be able to attend any Junior Gym session during the programme by booking into the appropriate junior gym slots.
Full details of session times and how to book will be provided during your induction.
