Resits: 1st resit is free with further resits charged at £25 per module. Attendance: Full attendance is mandatory. If you arrive late or display inappropriate behaviour, we will exclude you without a refund. Bookings: Bookings depend on availability. Payment: Full Payment will be made at time of booking by credit or debit card Certificates: We issue certificates within 14 working days, but some qualifications may take longer. If you need a replacement certificate, it costs £50. Eligibility: Make sure you meet the criteria below before booking. - Complete 1st Aid distance learning if you don't hold a valid certificate - Complete Distance learning for SIA Refresher - Complete 2 Act courses (Blue & Orange) if you don't hold a valid certificate ID Requirements: You can/must present 3 forms of ID on the day, - 1 x Group A - (photographic evidence) - Passport or Drivers License - 2 x Group B - ((Proof of Address) - Utility Bill or Bank Statement etc - dated within the last 3 months)) - 1 x Passport size photo for the submission of the qualification Please note your name and address needs to be the same across all ID. Important Notice for Learners with Health Conditions If you have any health conditions or specific needs, please inform us at least 15 working days before booking your course.
