Looking for an exciting way to spend your day? Come along and enjoy a fantastic day packed with fun, games, and activities designed especially for young people aged 12 to 16 years. Whether you're sporty, want to try something new, or simply enjoy spending time with friends, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Take part in a wide range of team sports and activities, including dodgeball, football and many more exciting games. Our friendly staff will organise a variety of challenges throughout the day, giving everyone the opportunity to get involved, have fun, and build confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment. No matter your ability or experience, everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
This is a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends, develop teamwork skills, and stay active while enjoying a positive and energetic atmosphere. Our activities are designed to promote cooperation, communication, and healthy competition, ensuring every participant has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
To keep everyone energised throughout the day, a free lunch will be provided for all BNHF bookings. There will also be regular breaks for refreshments, giving everyone the chance to relax, socialise, and recharge before the next activity begins.
Our experienced team will be on hand throughout the event to ensure that all activities are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable. We aim to create an environment where every young person feels welcome, respected, and encouraged to take part, regardless of their sporting ability.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for sports, bring a water bottle, and be ready for a day full of action and fun.
