DF Coaching at Easterside - Summer 2026

We will provide a multisport offer that is engaging, inclusive and health-promoting. This will include a combination of various sports and physical activity designed to engage young people and encourage them to participate and take part (with the hope of encouraging some moderate to vigorous intensity exercise that will benefit their physical health). Activities will include favourites such as football, basketball, netball, dodgeball and bench ball as well as other offers such as our Little Stix Golf and Corn-hole games. We will incorporate less formal activities such as playground and tag games and dance contests that encourage full participation at a level that the pupils feel comfortable.

Our aim is to ensure that all activities are fun and engaging. We want every pupil to take part and build a positive relationship with movement, physical activity and sport. We will provide a safe and welcoming space and facilitate socialising and will provide support for those who may not feel confident immediately joining in. No specialist clothing will be required to take part in any activity, with children able to take part in clothing they feel comfortable in, to help with inclusivity and removing barriers to participation.
