What we'll do
Please book a ticket for your child as the attendee, this will allow us to gather the necessary information and prepare for the review meeting. After selecting your preferred date and time, you will be able to create a child profile and answer a few questions on behalf of your child. In this meeting you will meet with a member of the health visiting team to review your child's health and development. We will also weigh and measure your child and discuss age appropriate health promotion topics.

A Public Health Nursing Service
This is a public health nursing service for residents of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The team consists of specialist community public health nurses (also called ‘health visitors’), community nursery nurses and administrative staff.
