A summary
Join us for a fantastic day at the seaside on Thursday 27th August 2026! Children will enjoy a fun-filled day of beach games, holiday activities, fresh sea air and making memories with friends before the summer holidays come to an end.
Your child will be accompanied throughout the day by our experienced and highly trained team.
We will depart from Bestwood Park Out of School Club at 8:00am by coach and travel to Mablethorpe for a fun-filled day at the seaside. Children will be supervised in small groups at all times to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
A traditional fish and chip shop lunch will be provided by the sea, followed by a packed lunch later in the day before we return home.
To secure your child's place on this trip, families eligible for the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme will be required to pay a £10 refundable deposit. This deposit helps ensure attendance, as we expect this trip to be extremely popular.
The £10 deposit must be paid in cash at Bestwood Park Nursery before your child's place is approved on the EEQU portal. Once your child has attended the trip, the full £10 deposit will be refunded.
For safeguarding reasons, mobile phones are not permitted on this trip. If you need to contact your child during the day, or in the event of an emergency, please contact the Out of School Club directly and a member of staff will assist you.
