DanceAble is an inclusive, sensory-aware dance class designed specifically for children with additional needs (SEN). (Funded by Sport England)
Our sessions provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where every child can move, express themselves and build confidence at their own pace. There is no pressure to perform — children are encouraged to explore movement in a way that feels comfortable for them.
Each session focuses on:

✨ Developing coordination and movement skills
✨ Encouraging social interaction and fun
✨ Supporting emotional wellbeing through movement
We understand that every child is unique, so sessions are delivered in a flexible, supportive and sensory-aware way, with experienced instructors who adapt activities to suit individual needs.
