This fun-filled club combines energetic dance sessions with hands-on crafts and activities to keep you moving, creating, and connecting with friends.
What We’ll Do:
• Dance Sessions: Get your groove on with a variety of dance styles! We’ll learn upbeat routines, freestyle to your favorite songs, practice fun choreography, and even try simple partner or group dances. Whether you’re a beginner or have some moves already, every session includes warm-ups, cool-downs, and plenty of time to dance like nobody’s watching.
• Creative Activities: Balance all that dancing with relaxing craft projects. Examples include:
◦ Making colorful friendship bracelets
◦ Designing custom dance-themed accessories
◦ Creating posters or decorations for our dance parties
◦ Other fun hands-on projects like keychains, pom-poms, or mini dance props
• Nutritious Meals & Snacks: We provide a healthy, nutritional lunch and snacks to fuel all your dancing and creating. Examples include fresh fruit and other wholesome options.
Each session is a perfect blend of high-energy fun, chill creative time, and nourishing refreshments. You’ll build confidence, stay active, express yourself through movement and art, and make new friends along the way!
Perfect for anyone who loves music, dancing, crafting, or just wants a joyful after-school (or weekend) activity. No experience needed — just bring your energy and good vibes!

At The sports academy we believe sport is more than just a game—it’s a powerful channel we as professionals can use to develop our student’s personal growth, community connection, and lifelong wellbeing. our mission is: to inspire, develop, and empower individuals through sport. We work in all settings from mainstream, SEN, nursery and one to one for Emotional, behaviour development. We can work with the setting to introduce a pathway of sessions that is going to work for them and the students. Our coaching team include European and World Champions, and our leadership team are Cert Ed qualified to also include Lesson Plans and schemes of work all written for the full package. We are deeply committed to our community and run sports at our headquarters that children can come to if they want to take the sporting sessions to the next step.
