A summary
Games Cafe is staffed by a team of qualified and experienced Youth Workers. They run on Tuesdays during term time between 5-7pm. It is for young people who are of the age to be in School Years 6-13 and is FREE to attend. Tuesdays are our quieter session of the week where we hire out the indoor space at Malvern Cube and enjoy a wide range of games and arts/crafts projects. Get involved or relax with friends in the warm, welcoming environment of the Cube! We run a bi-weekly Dungeons and Dragons session as follows: Action Group - 21st April, 12th May, 09th June, 07th July Story Group - 28th April, 19th May, 23rd June, 14th July Art projects will focus on our Malvern Well Dressing Festival entry this term before our attention turns to costume designing for the Upcycled Fashion Show that we participate in. Also taking place this term are creative writing sessions in association with the Ledbury Poetry Festival with poet Toni Cook and rap sessions with musician and Youth Worker Dannie Sanderson.

About your mentor
Cube Youth
Providing fun, positive activities since 2016
Cube Youth provides activities for young people who are of the age to be in school Years 6-13. We offer sessions which are fun and also provide something extra. Whether it’s learning something different, getting active, boosting confidence and wellbeing, meeting new friends, enjoying our arts and games activities, or just relaxing, we have something for everyone. We offer a term time evening programme of open access provision and small group sessions. We also provide a range of activities and trips in the school holidays. Come along and meet our friendly Youth Work Team and see for yourself what we are all about!
What we require
Our charity strives to be inclusive, but attendance is reliant on young people being able to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Young people must also be able to attend independently. Young people must follow the rules of our Code of Conduct, a copy of this is available in our noticeboard at the front of the building and alongside the Sign In sheets. Any persistent misbehaving will result in a temporary suspension or permanent exclusion as we strive to ensure that everyone feels safe at each session. If young people have any concerns during a session then we urge them to raise this there and then with a Youth Worker so we can resolve this. Young people must attend independently and are responsible for signing in upon arrival and signing out when they leave. If they leave before the session has ended then we are no longer responsible for them and they must leave the premises and cannot sign back in.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions are free to attend but we do reserve the right to implement suspensions and/or a permanent ban if young people do not adhere to our Code of Conduct.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
