What we require
Our charity strives to be inclusive, but attendance is reliant on young people being able to adhere to our Code of Conduct which can be found on www.malverncube.com/youth. Young people must also be able to attend independently.
Young people must follow the rules of our Code of Conduct, a copy of this is available in our noticeboard at the front of the building and alongside the Sign In sheets. Any persistent misbehaving will result in a temporary suspension or permanent exclusion as we strive to ensure that everyone feels safe at each session.
If young people have any concerns during a session then we urge them to raise this there and then with a Youth Worker so we can resolve this.
Young people are responsible for signing in upon arrival and signing out when they leave. If they leave before the session has ended then we are no longer responsible for them and they must leave the premises and cannot sign back in.
