Watercolour & Junk Journalling with Guest Artist Lena Bryan
Friday 31 July 2026 | Ages 11+
Slow down, get creative and create something truly personal.
Join talented local artist Lena Bryan for a relaxing and inspiring creative workshop exploring the beautiful world of watercolour painting and junk journalling.
Participants will experiment with watercolour techniques before creating pages filled with colour, collage, textures, vintage papers and meaningful memories inside their very own handmade junk journal.
There is no right or wrong way to journal—every creation will be completely unique.
Perfect for young people who enjoy art, mindfulness and expressing themselves creatively.
Young people will:
- Learn beginner-friendly watercolour techniques
- Create and decorate their own junk journal
- Experiment with collage and mixed media
- Explore creative self-expression
- Learn tips from a professional artist
- Take home their finished journal to continue using

Join professional artist Erin Wilson Clark for a fantastic opportunity to explore the exciting world of Anime and Manga illustration.
Participants will discover how professional artists create expressive faces, dynamic poses and memorable characters while developing their own unique drawing style.
Throughout the workshop they'll receive expert guidance while experimenting with sketching, character design and illustration techniques.
Whether they're already passionate about Anime or simply love drawing, they'll leave inspired to continue creating at home.
