Peer support connects and provides a confidential place where mothers/carers can listen to each other without judgement. Through sharing and understanding, we create better wellbeing, increased self-esteem and confidence.
The groups are run by a peer volunteer from Zeal Empowerment who has lived experience of the SEND journey
Each session will involve craft-making, self-care routines and other therapeutic activities to help you manage your own stress.
FREE refreshments will be provided.
Children of any age welcome.
