Welcome to Active Crew Wraparound Care at Coton in the Elms Primary School

Active Crew provides high-quality activity, PE and wellbeing services for children, schools and families. Led by Director Jo Wilson, an experienced teacher with over 20 years’ experience in PE and PSHE education, our team is passionate about creating safe, engaging and enjoyable experiences for every child.

We are delighted to offer Breakfast Club and After School Club for children attending Coton in the Elms Primary School and Pre-School. Our sessions provide a fun, nurturing environment where children can be active, creative, make friends and develop new skills before and after the school day.

Our Wraparound Care Options

We offer a range of sessions to suit your family’s needs:

Breakfast Club | 7:30am–9:00am
A fun and relaxed start to the day, with a nutritious breakfast and a range of activities before children begin school.

Pre-School Collection | 3:00pm–3:20pm
For children attending Pre-School who have siblings in school or who are transitioning into our After School Club. Children are collected from Pre-School and cared for by our Early Years team until the After School Club begins.

Main After School Session | 3:20pm–5:00pm
A fun and active session after the school day, with children able to choose from a variety of activities including physical activities, arts and crafts, LEGO building, imaginative play, role play, homework support and more.

Extended Session | 5:00pm–5:30pm
Need a little extra time? Our extended session provides an additional 30 minutes of care until 5:30pm.

Bookings will close at 8pm the night before a session to allow staff to plan.

We believe children thrive when given choice, so each session balances physical activity, creativity, relaxation and social interaction. This half terms activity timetable is Monday Dodgeball, Tuesday Football, Wednesday Gymnastics flight, Thursday Multi Sports & Friday Games room. See the photo's for more detail.

Staff are qualified, fully DBS checked and first aid trained. Children aged 2–4 will be cared for separately with an Early Years team member, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where every child feels valued and confident.

A nutritious breakfast is provided each morning and a light afternoon snack is served after school. Currently we are trialing some M&S food products for Autumn 1. See the photo's in the gallery for more information.

Booking & Discounts

You can book any combination of sessions.

10% Block Booking Discount:
Book 7 or more Breakfast Club sessions, Main After School sessions or Combined Sessions to receive 10% off.

Please note: Single Breakfast Club and Main After School sessions cannot be used together to reach 7 sessions. For example, 3 Breakfast Club sessions + 4 Main After School sessions would not qualify for the 10% discount.

Sibling Discount:
Sibling discounts also apply to Breakfast Club, Main After School & Combined sessions and will be automatically applied at checkout where applicable. One discount maximum per booking.

Tax-Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers

HMRC Tax-Free Childcare payments can be made now. Search for Active Crew Limited in you Childcare Account. Our OFSTED registration number is 2907123

If you are using a company’s Childcare Voucher Scheme, please let us know and we can set up an account.

Autumn 1 Bookings

We have currently opened bookings for Autumn 1 only, allowing us to review the provision and make any improvements at half term.
