Welcome to Active Crew Wraparound Care at Coton in the Elms Primary School
Active Crew provides high-quality activity, PE, and wellbeing services for children, schools, and families. Led by Director Jo Wilson, an experienced teacher with over 20 years in PE and PSHE education. Our team is passionate about creating safe, engaging, and enjoyable experiences for every child.
We are delighted to offer Breakfast Club and After School Club for children attending Coton in the Elms Primary School and Pre School. Our sessions provide a fun, nurturing environment where children can be active, creative, make friends, and develop new skills before and after the school day.
Children can enjoy a variety of activities including physical activities, arts and crafts, LEGO building, imaginative play, role play, homework support, and more. We believe children thrive when given choice, so each session balances physical activity, creativity, relaxation, and social interaction.
Sessions run from 7:30am–5:30pm, with a nutritious breakfast provided each morning and a light afternoon snack served after school.
Staff are qualified, fully DBS checked & first aid trained. Children aged 2-4 will be kept separately with an Early Years Team member, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where every child feels valued and confident.
Sessions can be booked as a block for the half term or pay as you go (PAYG) for the days you need.
Discounts have been added to block bookings for Breakfast Club & Main After school session. These 2 sessions can have sibling discounts applied to them for PAYG session bookings which are applied at the checkout.
HMRC Tax Free Childcare Voucher payments can be made now. However, we are still awaiting a Coton in the Elms account number so you won’t be able to send payment from your childcare voucher account until then. If you are using a company’s Childcare Voucher Scheme please let us know so we can set up an account.
We have opened bookings for Autumn 1 only so we can make any improvements at half term.

Hi, I’m Jo — Director of Active Crew. We provide Activity, PE, and Wellbeing services for children, adults and schools. After over 20 years in teaching and leading PE, PSHE, and Health & Social Care, I’m now living my dream — running engaging activity clubs, supporting schools, and promoting wellbeing for all. As a busy mum and business owner, I understand how important it is to find a trusted, positive provider for your children and to make time for your own wellbeing too. Our team is enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated to helping every child enjoy being active and feel-good inside and out too.
