FAQ's
Are lunches provided? - Yes lunches are available to all children that have registered for a place on each day. What should my child bring? - Suitable clothes for the weather and to participate in different activities and sports. Sun cream and sun hat may be helpful! Where should I drop and collect my child? - Children are to be dropped off and collected by the school gate. Please ensure you are available to both sign in and sign out. If you give permission for your child to leave without an adult please provide this to us in writing via email. Guy.Hayes@Footstars.org.uk Are mobile phones allowed? - We encourage children to leave their phones at home, it is a great opportunity to be outside, build new friendships and be active. If parents allow for their child to have their phone, these must be kept in their bags and are brought with them at your risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss of electronic devices. What is your behaviour policy? - We operate a three strike policy. We understand children are off school and want to have fun! We wish to ensure the environment is fun, safe and inclusive to all attending. First strike is a verbal warning, second strike is to be removed from the group to calm down and reflect before rejoining, the third strike is a phone call to the appropriate adult to be collected. If you have any further questions please get in touch!

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
