As a Conscious Coach, my work helps guide you back to your lost self, the self that was, for whatever reason, made to feel not good ‘enough’, just as you were and as in reaction to our, ‘notgoodenoughness’, we created unknowingly a false self that has left us forever searching for validation from the outside world in order to help us deal with the external pressure we face as humans.
As a result, there comes a time where that false self stops serving us in the same way and we struggle to find our way back to any peaceful place within.
My work with you will be a gentle and thought-provoking process and you will begin to see all of your patterns and conditioned behaviours that no longer serve you and as this light of self awareness shines, the healing process can begin.
