A summary
Throughout the year, we host Community Picnics to offer people of all ages an opportunity to gather in the lovely Conservation Area of Ravenscourt Park. Here we celebrate connection (with each other and our environment) and share food, stories, skills and joy. Each picnic will explore a different theme, reflected by the changing of the seasons and the teachings that nature offers. This is a space for you to meet like-minded people and families, and for us to get to know you too! All of our Community Picnic tickets are ‘Pay-As-You-Feel’, with a FREE or £5 family ticket. We don't want money to stop us from seeing you there, and we also appreciate that making food for the picnic and transport to the event also gets factored in to whether or not you can financially afford to attend, so we will always have a FREE ticket option. If you can afford the £5 ticket (or more!), this goes towards covering the costs of resources for the activities that we bring. This is a strictly non-profit event - all extra donations go into a Community Pot, which funds the activities and resources for the following Community Picnic. The more you give, the more you receive! GENERAL TIMINGS: 11:00-12:00 Activities 12:00-12:30 Picnic 12:30-13:30 Activities 13:30-14:00 Pack-down These timings are flexible, and we will always flow with the needs of the day. WHAT TO BRING: We aim to make these picnics as close to zero-waste as possible, and won't be bringing any disposable plates, cups, etc. Please make sure that you bring enough cutlery, bowls, etc for your team, and any extras if you have any! + Mug/Cup + Bowl/Plate + Cutlery + Picnic Blanket WHAT TO WEAR: As with all of our other events, this will be fully outdoors, and therefore, you will need to dress appropriately for the weather. Ensure that you bring extra layers, especially in the colder months, as your body temperature will dip when we sit down to eat. Beyond that, you can wear whatever you wish - bonus points for season-inspired/folksy items! DONATIONS: This donation-based ticket system allows us to bring people together regardless of their financial situation. Unfortunately, this website does not allow us to create an adjustable-priced ticket option, so you have two options if you would like to donate further: To offer more, you can either bring cash on the day and pop it into the anonymous honesty box, or you can transfer money to us via this link https://donate.stripe.com/7sIeWagbe9Qschi144.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
