A summary
We deliver activities for young people aged 10 to 16. During the school holidays, we deliver sessions offering a variety of physical activities suitable for young people with a wide range of abilities. In addition to the physical activities, we also spend time looking at healthy eating and preparing and eating a nutritious lunch. Healthy snacks are available during sessions, which run from 10am until 2pm. Young people will be encouraged to make new friends and try new things during their time with us.
