A summary
Our vision is to support parents and families by providing a stimulating environment in which all children are welcome, respected and encouraged to fulfil their full potential. Your child will be learning new skills and beginning to understand the world around them.
Stay and play groups offer a chance for children aged 0-4 years (or until children start attending reception) to socialise and play with others. We provide them with a safe environment to discover new activities and new ways to learn through play.
Stay & play sessions run on a Thursday and Friday morning 10 - 11.30am, term time only. Tickets for this session go live: Every Sunday at 9pm.
It is your responsibility to supervise your child at all times.
Please note the groups get very busy so we ask that you cancel any tickets no longer required as soon as possible to give other families the opportunity to attend.
If the stay & play you would like to attend is fully booked, we encourage you to click the 'EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE' option so that you will be notified if a place becomes available. On receiving an email to inform you a place is available; you will then need to book a place.
Please note that if you have booked and not attended for 2 weeks in a row then you risk being declined the next booking.
Please note that you are only allowed to attend 1 stay and play run by the Universal Service Practitioners each week within the Family Hubs.
Please note you only need to book spaces for your child and not the adult attending.

Cancellation policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.
My experience is an educational activity, and the ‘14-day cooling period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
