A summary
Baby Bop runs on a Thursday and Friday afternoon from 1 - 2.30pm, (term time). Tickets for these sessions go live: Every Tuesday evening at 8.30pm for that weeks session.
Our vision is to support parents and families by providing a stimulating environment in which all children are welcome, respected and encouraged to fulfil their full potential. Your child will be learning new skills and beginning to understand the world around them.
Baby Bop group offer a chance for children aged from birth to 12 months to socialise and play with others. We provide them with a safe environment to discover new activities and new ways to learn through play.
It is your responsibility to supervise your child at all times.
Please note the groups get very busy so we ask that you cancel any tickets no longer required as soon as possible to give other families the opportunity to attend.
If it appears that a session is fully booked you would like to attend we encourage you to click the 'EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE' option so that you'll be notified if a place becomes available. In this event you will receive an email and you will then need to book the place.
Please note that if you have booked and not attended for 2 weeks in a row then you risk being declined the next booking.
Please note that you are only allowed to attend 2 different stay and play groups run by the Universal Service Practitioners each week.
Please note you only need to book spaces for your child and not the adult attending.

Cancellation policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.
My experience is an educational activity, and the ‘14-day cooling period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
