Our curriculum
Positive Mindset & Wellbeing Programme offers creative arts and crafts, gratitude journaling, positivity jars,vision boards, and DIY growing kits to help children build confidence and resilience. Children also enjoy team games, fitness circuits, boxing pad work, yoga, martial arts, and breathing exercises. Outdoor trips, nature walks, parks, museums, and scavenger hunts reward participation. Positive Mindset & Wellbeing Holiday Programme Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Creative & Mindset Activities • Gratitude journaling, positivity jars, vision boards, DIY fruit & veg kits • Life skills exercises to build confidence, resilience, and positive thinking • Fun icebreaker games to encourage self-expression and friendships Healthy Snacks & Lunch • Free healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day • Balanced packed lunch includes sandwiches, wraps ,pasta , cake , fresh fruit . Physical & Team Activities • Team games, fitness circuits, boxing pad work, yoga, martial arts, and stretching • Mindfulness and breathing exercises to support emotional wellbeing.
