Cancellation policy
Confirmation emails are sent out prior to the session. If we receive no response 48 hours prior to the session this will be classed as non-attendance and spaces will be offered out to others on our waiting list. 1:1 or 1:3 spaces will be allocated to children by us after the completion of an initial assessment. Please ensure you are booking the correct ticket type for your child as spaces are limited and unfortunately incorrectly booked tickets could result in cancellations.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
